What Type Of Shipping Options Do You Offer?

We offer an international shipping using ePacket delivery, but when this courier is not available for some countries, we use the standard shipping.

What happens if my order never arrives?

You would get a full refund if your order didn’t arrive within 30 business day.

What to do if the item is not as described?

Please read the product description carefully. If you received a different one please, contact us immediately to send you another one for free.

Do you accept returns?

For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept a return currently.

Yes, our animal earrings are Nickel free and hypoallergenic. We always refer to the earrings metal type and other material used in the product description.
